LiLo, Justin Bieber Hit Philly

Bieber fever hits the Philly concert, but the "Liz and Dick" star made a backstage appearance.

While Justin Bieber, OneRepublic, Psy and The Wanted were rocking in the holiday season at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan was spotted backstage taking in Q102's Jingle Ball 2012 presented by XFINITY.

The "Liz and Dick" star didn't say exactly why she was at the event. And her bodyguards said she wouldn't be conducting interviews with the media.

The appearance comes just days after her latest legal troubles. On November 29, the troubled starlett was arrested and charged with assaulting a woman at a New York City nightclub. Later that same day, Lohan was charged with multiple misdemeanors for allegedly lying to California authorities about a car accident in Santa Monica on June 8.

While Lohan was quiet, the Wells Fargo Center was not. An all-star lineup of top recording artists took the stage at the event, headlined by Bieber.

The charity concert benefits The Ryan Seacrest Foundation. $1 from each ticket sold will go toward the non-profit organization. Leaders at The Ryan Seacrest Foundation say they are dedicated to inspiring today's youth through entertainment and education-focused initiatives.
