Emergency crews responded to Pennsburg Manor Nursing Home in Montgomery County Wednesday night after a report of a lightning strike.
One person is being evaluated by EMS on the scene, but NBC10 is still working to find out the condition of that person.
The nursing home, located on 530 Macoby Street, was evacuated for a brief time. Residents are now back inside.
