Two Norristown brothers missing since Tuesday afternoon are home safe and the man responsible for their disappearance is in custody.
Alvante Turner, 6, and his 7-year-old brother Alijah were reported missing by their mother Kena Morton after her boyfriend failed to pick her up from work around 3:30 p.m., authorities said.
Steven Wake was supposed to pick up Morton's four children after school and daycare Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
The 54-year-old, who isn't the father of the children, was seen picking up the boys, but never made it to the daycare to pickup Morton's other two children, authorities said.
Wake is currently being held at the Norristown Police Station pending charges.
