Former Vice President Joe Biden is coming to New Jersey to rally Democrats and to speak to college students.
Biden joined Democratic gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy for a get out the vote rally in Edison on Thursday morning.
The former vice president then headed to Rutgers University's New Brunswick campus, where Biden will speak about combating sexual violence on college campuses.
