An investigation into the cause of a massive warehouse fire that nearly led to evacuations in Southwest Philadelphia was underway Thursday morning.
The three-alarm blaze erupted at an empty warehouse near 70th Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway about 8:30 p.m. It burned for nearly three hours before firefighters finally got it under control about 11 p.m.
