The Department of Correction says two inmates have left a Wilmington facility without leave.
Authorities say 29-year-old Matthew Funk of Newark and 41-year-old Wayne Williams of Vineland, N.J., were seen jumping over a perimeter wall at the Plummer Community Corrections Center about 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Funk was serving a 6-month sentence for violating probation on a charge of aggravated act of intimidation. Williams was serving a one-year sentence for burglary.
The Plummer Center is for inmates who are close to being released. The inmates are allowed to leave to work or find jobs.
