Icy conditions led to a fatal car crash in the West Oak Lane section of the city Tuesday night.
An unidentified man was traveling on the 6700 block of Broad Street shortly after 9 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle due to ice on the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver was pronounced dead. Officials have not yet revealed his identity.
