All lanes are reopened on I-95 in Chester as of 5:30 p.m.
An accident caused a 6-mile back up in the northbound lanes Monday afternoon. Travelers maneuvering rush hour in Delaware County experienced delays along the busy commuting corridor when two lanes were shutdown.
A box truck was involved in the accident.
