Hot Jobs on Day 9 of Heat Wave

The heat wave will last until Sunday before we see a break

If you think it's hot outside, you should think about some of the people who sweat it out during their entire work shift-- postal carriers, auto mechanics, and dry cleaners-- just to name a few.

NBC10's Monique Braxton spent Day 9 of the heatwave, talking to people about their hot jobs.

It feels more like 110 degrees for dry cleaners working with steamers all day.

Postal worker Claire Marlin says she appreciates the kindness of people who have given her cold water on these hot days.

"It's the hottest this early in the season, usually it's August before it's this hot," said Tom Christine, of Smoke 'N Dudes in Bensalem, where employees stand over hot grills during their work shifts.
