NBC Local Media

The four-alarm warehouse fire injured a dog, destroyed hundreds of pallets and damaged two buildings, according to fire officials.

Authorities say an overnight house fire has claimed the life of a central Pennsylvania man.

The fire in Penn Township, Perry County was reported around 4:30 a.m. Crews found a man's body on the second floor. Coroner Michael Shalonis says the man is believed to be the owner of the home.

A state police fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.

Officials did not release the man's name, pending notification of his relatives.
