A piece of local history went missing Wednesday afternoon.
The Maple Shade Township Police Department is undergoing an investigation after the John Roberts historical marker bronze monument was stolen. The monument was taken from the memorial location at 940 E. Main Street in Maple Shade, NJ.
Investigators believe the structure was stolen over the weekend.
Police are asking for help to determine the suspects and locate the missing monument.
