Highest-Paid CEOs in Philadelphia Region

Eight of the 10 highest-paid CEOs in the region got a pay raise between 2012 and 2013, ranging from $1.3 million to $8.6 million, consistent with the national trend in executive pay. The 10 highest-paid CEOs had a combined average of $16.5 million in total compensation for 2013, a 7.43 percent increase from $15.4 million in 2012.

The largest pay raise went to Steven Collis, president and CEO of AmerisourceBergen in Chesterbrook, whose total compensation — which includes base salary, bonuses and long-term incentives — increased by $8.6 million for a total of $19.9 million last year.
