Day 10 of the Heat Wave:
The Excessive Heat Warning for Philadelphia and basically the I-95 corridor through our area is expected to last into Sunday with the most excessive temperatures coming today.
Temperatures almost reached record highs on Saturday in Philadelphia while breaking or matching the record in Atlantic City, Georgetown, Delaware, Allentown and Reading:

Temperatures are expected to cool down Sunday as showers and storms move through the area. The heat wave ends Monday, when we get back into the 80s for highs. And we are not expecting extreme heat at all next week.
