Philly police nabbed more than 80 fugitives with a clever little, "Hey, buddy, you got some money coming," scheme.

A Delaware fugitive made it all the way to Texas before finally being captured by authorities.

The Texas Highway Patrol arrested Christopher Fink, 26, of West Chester, Pa. on October 30. Fink was wanted for assaulting his girlfriend more than a year ago. He was returned to Delaware on November 12 and is now being held at the Howard Young Correctional Facility.

Police say that Fink waited outside his ex-girlfriend’s workplace on September 15, 2008. He hid inside the trunk of her car then began to choke her once she entered the vehicle, according to police.

Police say that he then forced her to drive and let him out in the Newark area before he fled. Fink is charged with stalking, assault, and other offenses.
