Firefighters battle the blaze on Pleasant Mills Road.

A large fire broke out at an Atlantic County home Friday night eventually growing to three alarms.

The fire broke out around 8:30 p.m. on the 500 block of Pleasant Mills Road.

Heavy smoke and flames could be seen coming from the home, according to NBC40.

No immediate word of injuries or if anyone was home at the time of the blaze.
