A man on the phone exposed his genitals to a group of juveniles, according to police in South Jersey.
The man, his zipper lowered, exposed himself to four children in the area of Hawthorne and N Haddon avenues in Haddonfield around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, said Haddonfield Police.
The man – who appeared to be in his 40s – had his back to the minors while standing next to some bushes and talking on the phone, said police.
As the children approached, the man – wearing a pair of sunglasses – appeared startled and turned around, exposing himself, said investigators. The man then walked away while still on the phone.
The man – who stands around 5-foot, 9-inches and has short black hair and wore a black leather jacket and blue jeans – never spoke to the children, said police.
