Police are searching for four men who allegedly shot at a SEPTA bus early Saturday evening.
Authorities say the incident happened at 7th and Cecil B. Moore Avenue around 6 p.m.
The gunmen allegedly approached a Route 47 SEPTA bus on foot and shot at it. Investigators believe that the men were trying to shoot one of the passengers inside.
Police say the bus driver continued to drive until he escaped the gunmen and arrived at Temple Hospital, where he let the passengers off. Fortunately no one was hurt.
No word yet on the physical descriptions of the four suspects.
