Gov. Tom Wolf revealed on Friday his nomination to Philadelphia’s School Reform Commission.
Estelle Richman, the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare from 2003 to 2010, is Gov. Wolf’s choice.
The SRC is made up of officials chosen by the Governor and the Mayor of Philadelphia and they are approved by the State Senate.
