13-Year-Old Shot in Eye by Stray Bullet

Police say a 13-year-old girl was hit in the eye by a stray bullet during a shooting in North Philadelphia.

Investigators say the girl was hit once in the right eye after gunfire erupted near Judson and Norris Streets around 4 p.m. today.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where she in stable condition.

Police are searching for the gunman.
