Girl, 15, Driving When Brother Died in Rollover Crash: Police

Authorities in northwestern Pennsylvania have identified a boy killed in the crash of a car driven by his underage sister.

The Erie County coroner says 8-year-old Emir Zilkic died Tuesday night in the rollover accident.

Erie police say the victim's 15-year-old sister was driving the family vehicle when it went out of control on the city's east side.

The driver was also injured, as were a 10-year-old boy and two 14-year-old girls.

State law requires drivers to be 16 to obtain a learner's permit.
