A stabbing in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood left a man in serious condition early Sunday morning.
Police said the man was on West Queen Lane near Wayne Avenue about 1:10 a.m. when someone attacked him, stabbing him. Police said they could not confirm early scanner reports that robbery was the motive in the stabbing. The victiwent to a local hospital for treatment and remained in serious but stable condition later Sunday morning.
Police reported no arrests in the attack.
