Philadelphia Police have arrested the man who they say stole from a South Philadelphia funeral home last month.

Police say that tips from the public led them to John Mancuso of the 800 block of Porter Street. The 50-year-old was arrested without incident, police said Thursday.

Mancuso is charged with theft and other charges related to the Jan. 11 theft from Carto's Funeral Home on South Broad Street.

On Jan. 26 police released surveillance video of a man taking a metal box containing $400 in cash and fleeing on foot from the funeral home.
