• Wophat Tuesday, Nov 18 at 6:09 PM FLAG COMMENT I believe some of this article is incomplete and the ommitions of the criminal record is as follows: 08/07/2008- New Britain Township- Receiving Stolen Property and Theft We have the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas to thank for the actions of Mr Foster. and the tragic and unecessary loss of this fine officer to his family, commrads and the City of Philadelphia. The criminal rap sheet and repeated "slap on the hands" given by the Courts are the direct result of Bucks Counties effort to put people back on the streets and sentence them to programs and get money into the system to build new a multi-million dollar court house and to keep incompetent people employed or have some one attend a program that no one would pay to go to, but cause someone is a friend of someone then it is sanctioned the the County. They don't call it Bucks County for nothing, Look at the Richard Pattons case, PA law states that if you are under the influence behind the wheel you are responsible for what happens. He walked, Mr. Foster had MULTIBLE convictions, and now this officers family is paying the price. I hope the Philadelphia Police keep up the good work and get support from the DA's office and rid the fine City andits citizens of all them SAVAGES. ... MORE >

Theft and Recieving stolen property If only Bucks County would punish repeat criminals instead of sentencing them to programs that are paid for by tax dollars and do nothing other then keeping an incomptent person employed, or keeping money in thier system to build a multi-million dollar court house.This fine officer would still be alive and home with his family celebrating the holiday season.
