A man's body was discovered in Sylvan Lake in Burlington Township on Tuesday afternoon.
On Friday, Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood said a preliminary investigation showed that Safford Swain IV, 32, of Burlington Township died from accidental drowning.
The final cause of death is pending toxicology results, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said.
Another fisherman discovered Swain's body around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.
