First Alert Weather Forecast: Scattered Showers This Week

Clouds and rain are on the way. Wet weather will persist this week. Temperatures will be seasonably warm, but isolated showers will pop up across the region starting Sunday evening.

"We are heading into a stormy and unsettling weather pattern," said NBC10 First Alert meteorologist Brittney Shipp.

Showers will begin after midnight and move into Allentown and Reading. The rain will fall on and off and persist throughout Monday. The morning commute will be a wet one. Monday's high temperature will be 77 to 80 degrees.

The precipitation will be a trend for most of the week and may pose a challenge for the Phillies games this week.
