A dozen people, including a firefighter were hurt in a Berks County apartment building fire overnight.
A heater went up in flames on the first floor of the property, located on the 4800 block of Kutztown Road in Temple, Pennsylvania, around 11:50 p.m. Monday, officials said.
The fire then spread to the second floor, according to fire crews.
Crews took 11 people to local hospitals, where they were treated and released, authorities said.
One firefighter suffered an ankle injury while battling the blaze.
