Chester County officials say several elderly residents have been displaced by a fire at an apartment building Sunday.
The fire in an underground transformer near the Oxford Hotel Apartments 8020 Ditman Street was reported at 8:30 a.m.
The Oxford Union Fire Company says the blaze cut power to the building, and PECO is working to restore it.
The American Red Cross southeastern Pennsylvania chapter says it is assisting 13 people with money for food and clothing and providing hotel rooms for seven of them.
