A fire tore through the second floor of a Philadelphia rowhome just after midnight Monday.
Firefighters responded to reports of heavy smoke and flames in a house near Front and Spencer streets around 12:15 a.m., according to officials.
Crews got the blaze under control a short time later. No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
