County investigators and agents from the FBI are conducting an excavation in the backyard of a Camden home.
The dig is happening along the 300 block of Erie Street. Investigators have walled tents up in the middle of the street. In the backyard of one home, tarps are covering the area where detectives in masks and hardhats are working.
Camden County officials confirmed that the FBI is assisting in the Camden County Prosecutor's Office in an investigation, but would not elaborate.
The prosecutor's office has not commented.
