FBI, IRS Raid Philly Properties of Lawmaker, Judge

FBI searches state representative and judge's properties Wednesday

The FBI confirms it has conducted searches on Philadelphia properties linked to a traffic court judge, a state representative and a sporting goods store.

FBI spokesman J.J. Klaver says the FBI and IRS searched the office of State Rep. William Keller and the home or office of Traffic Court Judge Robert Mulgrew on Wednesday.

He says agents also searched K O Sporting Goods in South Philadelphia and other properties.

Klaver says the case is being investigated jointly with the IRS. He says he cannot comment further.

An aide to Mulgrew says the judge was not in the office Tuesday.

Messages left with Keller's office, K O Sporting Goods and the IRS were not immediately returned.
