Exterminator Caught Stealing from Customer's Drawer: Police

Police say an exterminator was caught on hidden camera stealing from one of his Bucks County customers and they suspect she’s not the only victim.

The customer, who asked to remain anonymous, paid a visit to Northampton Township Police when she noticed that $340 went missing from a drawer around the same time that Nolan Brad Walters of Walters Exterminating Service in Abington was working inside her home.

Police set up a hidden camera, and less than a month later, Walters was caught in the act, stealing $300 from the same drawer, according to Detective Peter Stark.

Walters was arrested and charged with two counts of theft and two counts of receiving stolen property, said Det. Stark.

The arrest prompted Northampton Twp. Police to reach out to the community, asking other customers to come forward if they suspect Walters had stolen from them.

“Several more people have come forward,” said Stark. “We’re looking into the claims.”

According to the company’s website, Walters Exterminating services Lower Bucks, Philadelphia and some of Montgomery County.
