Ex Accused of Killing Wife and her Boyfriend

Pair found dead at Nockaminxon Township apartment building.

A suspect is behind bars for the violent murder of a man and woman in rural Upper Bucks County. The alleged killer is the estranged husband of the female murder victim, investigators said.

State police were called to the School House Apartments on Easton Road in Nockamixon Township early Friday morning.

Troopers found 43-year old Frederick Tarantino dead of head trauma outside the building. 36-year old Stephanie Hill was found inside. According to police, she was stabbed several times and later died at the hospital.

The suspect, Lloyd Hill, was found driving about a mile north of Palisades Middle School. He was arrested without incident. The school was placed in lock down while police searched for him.

Police say Hill sent his estranged wife a text message one week ago, saying he was going to kill her and Tarantino.

According to authorities, Hill and his wife had swapped partners.

Officials said the couples met in church.
