Philadelphia police caputured a prisoner who escaped from a Maryland prison in Germantown Sunday night.
Police say Kevin Talley, 22, was arrested at a Popeye’s Restaurant on Chelten Avenue around 7:30 p.m.
Talley escaped from the Baltimore Pre-Release unit about 7 p.m. Saturday night. He was serving time for attempted murder, according to police.
Officials do not know how Talley made his way to the Philadelphia area.
