Massive Entertainment Complex to Bring Bowling, Dine-In Theater to Fishtown

A Florida-based company will not only open a restaurant and bar concept in Philadelphia, it will add a night club and a boutique bowling establishment in the same venue along with a nearby movie theater.

Fishtown is steadily becoming an entertainment capital in its own right in Philadelphia. There's the recent opening of concert hall The Fillmore and SugarHouse Casino's recent completion of its $164 million expansion development. And now, Jupiter, Florida-based Frank Entertainment Cos. is getting in on the action.

The company on Sept. 30 will open a 52,000-square-foot concept called Revolutions at 1009 Canal St. in the upcoming Penn Treaty Village.

Revolutions is a multi-pronged entertainment concept that combines live entertainment, craft cocktails and beer, farm-to-table food, bowling, dancing and more.

It will be open from 11 a.m. until midnight Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
