An elderly man is dead after police say he was struck by a vehicle in the Rhawnhurst section of the city.
Police say a 78-year-old man was attempting to cross a median strip across Bustleton Avenue when he was struck and killed. The driver did not flee the scene, according to investigators.
Police have not yet revealed the victim’s identity. They continue to investigate.
