Downed Tree Disrupts Service on Norristown High Speed Line

A downed tree stopped service for several hours on the Norristown High Speed Line Sunday.

The tree fell near the Parkview Station in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania overnight, SEPTA officials said. Service on the entire line was shut down as a result.

Shuttle buses were used because of the issue.

Crews were able to remove the tree and restore service around 7:30 a.m.
