The latest headache for drivers on the Schuylkill Expressway wasn’t caused by an accident or construction. This time, a cute little pooch was to blame.
The dog was on the loose at 76 Eastbound on Saturday. He caused a major traffic jam as police tried to catch him near Girard Avenue.
The dog was finally caught and safely placed in a nearby van around 2:30 p.m.
State police are investigating the incident. There is no word on where the dog came from.
