A coroner says a 74-year-old man hit by debris from a vehicle crash outside the diner he was sitting in has died.
The Lehigh County coroner says Martin Moyer, of Orwigsburg, died Tuesday of trauma injuries at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest.
Moyer had been hospitalized since he was hit with a cinder block after a truck lost two wheels that crashed into Robin's Diner in Schuylkill Haven on Friday. Moyer was a customer of the diner and not involved in the crash when he was injured.
The diner remains closed.
State police are still trying to determine what prompted the truck to lose its wheels.
