Wilmington Police say a man was shot East 23rd Street.
Officers received several reports of shots fired about 9:40 p.m. Tuesday. Police say officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his back.
He was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
Police have no information on a suspect.
