Delaware County paused Friday to remember the victims of the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
The county held a memorial service at Rose Tree Park in Media.
County District Attorney Jack Whelen joined residents, law enforcement and others at the event that also honored emergency personal including Folcroft Police Officer Christopher Dorman, who planned to return to work this weekend after being shot in the line of duty.
