Wilmington attorney charged with two counts of sexual harassment

    Attorney-area Joseph Gabay is accused of sexually harassing two women.

    A Delaware attorney is in need of a lawyer for himself tonight after he was accused of sexually harassing two woman.

    Joseph Gabay, of Kennett Square, Pa., was arrested Friday after a nearly five month investigation by Wilmington Police.

    Police say that their investigation showed that Gabay, who works in Wilmington, made sexual remarks to two women and tried to get sexual favors for his legal services.

    Gabay, 55, faces two counts of sexual harassment. He was arraigned an released after posting $2,000 unsecured bond.
