Delaware State police say an inmate who walked away from the Webb Correctional Center Sunday is back in custody.
Steven Byrd, 22, walked out of the facility on Greenbank Road in Wilmington just before 3 p.m. and was back to surrender five hours later, according to police.
Webb Correctional is a minimum-security facility.
