Police charged a Philadelphia man with DUI after he slammed into a car carrying a woman and her baby early Saturday morning.
Investigators say it happened around 1 a.m. at the intersection of Wissahickon Avenue and Manheim Street.
Both drivers are in stable condition at Einstein Medical Center.
The baby was not injured, according to authorities.
