He ran upstairs to flush his stash and the dog ran down. The sight of a 160 lb dog running down the steps would have startled me. You don't know if the offender is running to get a gun or what and you don't have time to give the dog a treat and rub his belly. Obviously if the Officer struck another LE personnel it shows he was in fear of being bit. The officers job is not to get hurt, shot, kicked or bit. Obviously I'm not in favor of drug dealers but that is not the solution. These drug boys will become stick up boys and really hurt alot of people. Parenting, parenting and parenting.
