Date Set for Gosselin Custody Hearing

Couple will fight for full custody for kids in Buxco court in May

A date has been set for the court throw down between Jon and Kate Gosselin -- or at least their attorneys -- over who should have full custody of their eight kids.

The Gosselins will meet in court on May 25 as Jon vies for full custody of the children. The couple divorced last year after a 10-year marriage.

He alleges Kate has been neglecting their sextuplets and twins while appearing on Dancing with the Stars.

She is also launching a new show on TLC -- the same network that launched their show Jon and Kate Plus 8 -- about her life as a single mom of eight kids.

In addition to full custody, Jon also wants to reduce the amount of child support he is required to pay. Currently, it's set at $21,700 a month, but his attorney Anthony List claims Jon doesn't make enough to cover the cost.

Kate's lawyer Mark Momjian says the lawsuit should be tossed out after they allegedly found errors in the filing.

Momjian says Jon improperly combined child-support and child-custody issues in his recent Berks County pleading.

No word on if Kate Gosselin will discuss the case during her exclusive two-part interview with Meredith Viera on the Today Show  Tuesday.
