A gunshot victim ran into a corner store a couple of blocks away after being shot in South Philadelphia Thursday evening.
The shooting took place along Dudley Street, near 7th Street, just after 6 p.m., said Philadelphia Police.
Two bullets struck the 21-year-old victim in the face, said police. He then darted into a corner store at 5th and Mifflin streets.
Medics rushed the man to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he remained in critical condition.
Police didn’t reveal a motive and didn’t name a suspect in the shooting.
