Authorities in southeastern Pennsylvania are seeking help from the public in identifying a man who died after he was found on fire in a parking lot.
Emergency crews in Delaware County were dispatched to a reported brush fire in Chester at 10:47 p.m. Monday.
They found a partially clothed man on fire in the parking area behind a row of duplexes.
Rescue crews extinguished the flames, but police said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene shortly afterward.
Police described the man as white or mixed-race, 5-foot-9 with a thin build, with brown eyes and graying brown hair and a chipped front tooth.
He was wearing a red shirt, black corduroy pants, a black hoodie sweat shirt, light brown boots and a thin tan belt.
