Composing Our Cheesesteak List

For the past several years I had been on a meatless diet until last Thanksgiving, when I decided I could no longer resist that savory and succulent looking turkey that graced our dining room table. Mom’s beautifully garnished meatloaf didn’t help either. I was weakened by the aromas and succumbed to the satisfaction of feasting on the annual cornucopia of food displayed before me. After all, how could I deny myself the pleasure of once more tasting mom’s delicious meatloaf?

For the third year, I have had the responsibility of compiling the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Tastiest Cheesesteaks List, a list that required fans to nominate their choice for best Philly cheesesteak through an online survey.
