Criminal and ethics complaints were filed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey against the prominent attorney that spewed vulgarities at a woman videotaping him during a pigeon shoot.

On Feb. 20, Richard Shackleton used both the “f-word and the “c-word” to describe Mariane Bessey.

Bessey, who claims that the vicious behavior was unprovoked, filed a private criminal complaint Wednesday in Bucks County.

"I believe Richard Shackleton's intimidating obscene behavior towards me for legally and peacefully expressing my opinion about shooting live pigeons for fun constitutes 'fighting words' that are not protected by the First Amendment," states Marianne Bessey.

But Bessey isn’t the only one offended and appalled by the attorney’s behavior.

Animal rights group, Showing Animals Respect and Kindness or SHARK, filed an ethics complaint against Shackleton in Ocean County, New Jersey.

“Mr. Shackleton's comments were vile and vicious and he should be held accountable for what he has done," said SHARK president Steven Hindi.
