A passer-by found an injured woman on the side of a Montgomery County road overnight.
The good Samaritan found the victim on the road near Collegeville Road and Lywiski Road in Collegeville, Pennsylvania after 2 a.m. Sunday, according to Montgomery County dispatchers.
Medics flew the victim to Abington Hospital, said dispatchers.
Police investigated to find out how she was hurt, including if a car struck her.
